Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offered a comfortable stay with a double jacuzzi bath and walk-in shower. Though the room lacked a view, the practicality was evident. The service was exceptional with the dining staff going the extra mile. The location was beautiful, close to attractions. The dining experience was excellent, and the facilities were top-notch.
The hotel is conveniently located close to Gateshead with stunning views and courteous staff from the beginning of the stay. The rooms, although a bit small for our last-minute booking, were ideal for our needs. The service was excellent with friendly staff but room service could be improved. The dining experience, especially the breakfast with all the trimmings, was impressive. Overall, a sensational stay with lovely staff and beautiful surroundings.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were spacious but noisy, and the lack of proper ventilation made it uncomfortably warm. The service was top-notch with friendly and welcoming reception staff, though some improvements could be made in the room amenities. The location was serene and beautiful, but the dining experience left something to be desired. Overall, a decent stay with room for enhancement in certain areas.
