The hotel is conveniently located close to Gateshead with stunning views and courteous staff from the beginning of the stay. The rooms, although a bit small for our last-minute booking, were ideal for our needs. The service was excellent with friendly staff but room service could be improved. The dining experience, especially the breakfast with all the trimmings, was impressive. Overall, a sensational stay with lovely staff and beautiful surroundings.
